Privacy Policy

Osiris Industries LLC ("Osiris", "we", "us") is a Louisiana limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit osirisindustries.net or use Osiris Compute, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us through our contact form. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell your information. And when you use Osiris Compute, the coordinating server never sees the content of your work or your data.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you request a discovery meeting, you give us your business name and description, roughly how long you have operated, your name, your email, and optionally a phone number. We only receive what you type into the form.
• Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our host records standard technical information such as IP address and the pages requested, for security and reliable operation. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
• No tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third party trackers that follow you around the web.

Osiris Compute and your data

Osiris Compute pools a circle of devices to run a shared workload. The coordinating (signaling) server introduces the devices to each other and then steps out of the way. It does not see or store the content of your computation or the data inside your circle. Keeping your data where it already lives is the entire point of the product, not an afterthought.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, to schedule and prepare for a discovery meeting, and to provide the services you ask for. That is all. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can do that job. In practice that means our email provider, which lets us receive and answer your message, and our hosting provider, which serves the website. They process information on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep the information from your inquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and we delete it when you ask us to.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Residents of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other places with privacy laws have specific rights to access and deletion, and we honor those requests no matter where you live. Children

Our site and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information with care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
